The Marriott – Schaumburg and the Hyatt Regency - Woodfield have over 350 guest rooms ready for STATE 2012. Send your housing list in as early as possible. Please remember that all teams are to stay in LSA approved and contracted hotel unless they are commuting. ("Local Schools")
All rooms are to be booked through the LSA Housing Office using the proper forms. (Teams requesting the Marriott Schaumburg must complete the Excel spreadsheet and then email the completed form to Jim Kroll. Team requesting the Hyatt must complete their Excel spreadsheet and email the completed form to Jim Kroll)
